    ABSTRACT

Imaging-guided interventional procedures are widely used in the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of breast diseases. Suspicious lesions detected by mammography, ultrasonography, or breast Magnetic Resonance Imaging are indicated for imaging-guided biopsy. Biopsy is required in high-risk women, and in patients newly diagnosed cancer even if the finding is not highly suspicious for malignancy. It is possible to evaluate biopsy options for non-mass lesions, such as masses, according to guiding methods.
