ABSTRACT
This article discusses the radiological evaluation of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PanNEN), focusing on the role of imaging techniques in diagnosis and staging. The most characteristic radiological feature of PanNENs is their hypervascularity in the arterial phase. Due to this feature, potential differential diagnoses that may be confused with PanNENs are evaluated, and the radiological distinctions of these conditions are explained.
