ABSTRACT
Spinal traumas are an integral part of emergency radiology practice due to their high morbidity rates and significant socioeconomic impacts. This review discusses the mechanisms of spinal injuries, imaging indications, and the strengths and limitations of imaging methods, supported by current guidelines, classification systems, and case examples.
