ABSTRACT

Radiological imaging is essential for the differential diagnosis of obstetric emergency conditions that may arise throughout the antepartum and postpartum periods. Given the wide variety of conditions in terms of etiology, it is obligatory that the radiologists performing the imaging have substantial knowledge and expertise. This review will categorize obstetric emergency conditions by pregnancy stages and highlight diagnostic imaging findings.
