Bone marrow pathologies cover a very wide group of diseases. For the correct diagnosis of bone marrow diseases, knowing the normal appearance of the bone marrow and recognizing the radiological findings of these diseases play a key role. In this article, we aimed to present the imaging findings of normal and pathological bone marrow.
