    ABSTRACT

Idiopathic interstitial pneumonias are diseases of significant importance in the daily practice of radiologists working in thoracic radiology, considering the current developments in treatment approaches and clinical implications. However, in addition to these diseases, there are some that are frequently encountered, while others are quite rare, where radiological findings of interstitial involvement are observed. This article aims to highlight important aspects of the clinical and radiological approach to these lung pathologies.

    Keywords: Lung diseases, interstitial, thorax
