ABSTRACT
Thoracic aorta injuries and acute aortic syndrome (AAS) are thoracic aorta emergencies that require rapid diagnosis and management. Advances in computed tomography have provided a significant improvement in the diagnosis of both thoracic aorta injuries and AAS. In this review, the radiological findings and differential diagnoses of acute thoracic aorta injuries and AAS will be reviewed.
